Our past responsibilities included business strategy, product planning, solution architecture and management from identification to launch, and of course all aspects of Go To Market (GTM). We worked with a multitude of utilities in North America and abroad. We supported SAP sales and services as well as system integrators and software partners. We combine deep technical knowledge with practical, real-world experience helping utilities modernize their CIS, improve customer experience, identifying the right solutions and taking them to market as well as insights into what is necessary to run successful transformation programs.
We are not a company but rather a group of individual experts. Each of us has unique skills and insights which are rather complementary. We work independently but can as well collaborate with each other.
